Swollen lymph node near left side jaw for more than 10 years. Only painful when suffering from cold flu. Otherwise no trouble due to that. Is this something serious?

Water went inside the left ear. Now the fluids are coming out continuously from 5-6 days. Ears feels to be blocked and unable to hear properly.

Dear doctor I want ask one question Can someone take cheston cold tablet and ranitidine 150 MG together??? Is there any side effects or interaction??

I have got some white spots side lining of throat and redness also. And some white patches under back side of tongue

I am having a constant (very frequent) urge to clear my throat and feel very minor amount mucus clearing. Very little but constant urge to cough. In between once or twice happened viral cough/cold etc also, for which i took doctor prescribed medicines (set of antibiotics, antiallergic, anti acidity etc) so that got treated but this minor irritation in throat still remains. What can be the problem and solution pls?

I have a chronic jaw issue where my jaw makes a cracking sound whenever I move my mouth horizontally. And I also am unable to eat chewy food because after a certain period of time, biting food gets painful, it feels like my jaw gets tired. Eating for a short period is painless though.

I am suffering from tinnitus since 4 months. I hear nonstop high frequency sound in my ears ..sound level between 17000 to 18000 hz I am one medicine prescription of cap OTOCAP 1-0-0, cap TINNICAR 1-0-1 since 3 months . But no results. I can hear this high frequency buzzer when I am concentrating, when silence is there. Sometimes I hear suddenly 12000 to 15000 hz sound and it will goes immidiate after I rub the front and below part of ear for 10 cycles. I am on Bisoheart 2.5 mg 1-0-0 , Aztolet 10 , 0-0-1  My Sleep is good, physical activities are good , hearing also good. I can hear 350hz to 18400hz . Please suggest what to do . Suffer pain in Left TMJ joint from previous few months .It also trigger upper head migrain pain. I have taken also treatment for this and condition is ok on Jan month . But from a few days now also feel same type issue. What is going behind this . And what's is the proper remedis for above.
