Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My sons left nose bleeds n stops after 1 mins. This happened at night yesterday n day before yastrrday. N even last month also it beefed one time. He don't feel any pain or irritation. Background. Some 3 months ago he was hit on his nose with mobile by other child and that time it bleed and since from that time it started. Kindly request your suggestion on this. So that it can be treated. In my right side of the nose there is a swelling or redness blocking my airways I had cold nd running nose nd it's been been a month am not getting rid of it I have no pain in my nose but when I look into the mirror there is a red swelling but I can breathe through it please suggest me what to do

I lost my voice while suddenly waking up from a short deep nap. I had an upset stomach and signs of indigestion on the previous day night and was too late to sleep (sleeplessness is usual for me). Now it has been 2 days yet the problem is not resolved. It's for the first time in my life I'm losing voice for such a prolonged time. Will it resolve on its own? Below are the key values from the reports: Thyroid Profile: TSH: 4.52 uIU/mL (Reference: 0.27 - 4.2) T3: 114.3 ng/dL (Normal) T4: 7.66 ug/dL (Normal) Hematology (CBC): Hemoglobin: 11.2 gm% (Slightly low) RBC Count: 4.75 million/cu.mm (Normal) WBC Count: 3200 /cu.mm (Slightly low) Platelet Count: 329000 /cu.mm (Normal) Biochemistry: Random Blood Sugar (RBS): 79 mg% (Normal) Since we are planning for pregnancy, can we start trying now, or do we need any treatment or supplements first? Also, do you recommend any additional tests? Looking forward to your advice. Thank you!

Hello actually I was suffering from cervical problems mild cervical kyphosis so my doctor told me after mri no need to panic just do regular exercises so I started doing cervical exercises from youtube like chin tuck and some other exercises now my cervical pain is almost gone but after exercises tinnitus started its now like from 4 months I stopped my exercises 3 months before but still I m having  tinnitus and dizziness also what is the cause and what is the treatment currently I am in kyrgyzstan here healthcare services are not good and after 3 month I have to go to India till then what should I do help!!!

I have been suffering with tinnitus since 12 years. It occurred due to heavy exposure of sounds in magic show. I went for medical tests, reveals that the tinnitus came because of inner ear system damaged. I tried allopathy, but no use. I also went for homeopathy treatment and using from 3 years, but still no use.  Homeopathy doctors tried all medicines regarding tinnitus but no use. Homeopathy doctors were also shocked and they could not find why my tinnitus is not curing.I am having sleepless nights and depressed deeply. I have medical reports and medicine prescriptions. Now I want to know whether my tinnitus is curable or not? If so how much time it takes to completely cure?
