Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I'm facing dizziness lightheadedness for 6 months. I'm patient of anxiety disorder. Is there any way to know is it vertigo or It's just my panic Related sensation?

Sir/maam I have bl ear lobe inflammation from past 1 year i was having cyst in my both ear when i was child till last year it completely changed discharge from ear lobe yellow and bloody When i took medication last year it cause upset stomach after colonoscopy and endoscopy it was non specific ilieties and mild pangastrites dr told me i m having ibs I have consulted it with more then 15-20 doctors but no proper diagnosis if you can help me it will be a great favour

I am feeling a daily headache on both side temples and front nose bridge and the back of my head , MRI of brain is normal, I want to know sinus can cause this type of headache, I am also feeling popping in ears

I have mild difficult swallowing for past 1years But for last 6 months very difficult to swallow meat, chicken, dry hard solid foods. I had mouth ulcers white patches and i went to dentist he said it was caused by a traumatic bite. There is also a red swelling in cheek and under the tongue I feel like a painful swelling with a blister is there which I can't seem to find but it hurts both the sides of under tongue and also the main vein under the tongue has become reddish. Also near the tonsils behind the uvula I have tonsillitis which has white dot like structure. Normally when I used to have tonsillitis I used to have high fever cold but nothing is there for now except for swelling ridges. Also I have cobblestone throat. I also felt left side pain in stomach and pain in back muscles which I had suffered in an injury long back. The doctor is saying everything is because of Gas. He thinks it's GERD. But can gerd cause mouth ulcers, painful blisters near tongue and cheek lining, strep & cobble throat  ridges behind uvula. I used to heavy smoke for 4 months 5-6 a day so total 700 cigs in 4 months. Should I get a biopsy?

Whether this thyroid test reports are normal or not.                                  Kindly confirm.

Before  3 months, I did some health tests as I am feeling redness below my eyes , my TSH slightly higher t3 t4 normal, but anti TPO is normal, should I start medicine or not
