Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Please check my report A small lump in my neck behind the ear also skin infection in same ear back side. When I go to ent doctor he said this lump due to skin infection. And second day when I go to general surgeon send me for a test. Please check my report

I was using Flutidor nasal spray which is composed of Fluticasone and Furoate . Since it's not available in Bengaluru so I took Spiroflut which has aapne composition. Can i use it?

After cold for 2 days now my right ear is blocked any reason for it kindly let me know if there is any issue

I recently got adenovirus mucositis, where my mouth and throat completely have infection, slowly i am recovering from mouth ulcers, but when i eat spicy food it is burning near the throat, for mouth ulcers i am using oral candida mouth paint but for throat how can be treated. It is taking so many days to recover i am eating only soft diet.

Hi Doctors I have been experiencing lump like moving at the left corner of the throat which is paining and unable to swallow or eat food. Been in UAE for last 7 days where the weather is extremely cold. If I touch the lump it moves here and there at left side. Very difficult to swallow, I had at right as well but it has subsided onnhis own. Please confirm what is this and should I need to worry?
