Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am having persistent sneezing, running nose, blocked and cold. Even simple things like head bath causes cold. Going out for walk in park triggers severe sneezing and running nose. All most all the days I am having this problem

My ear is closed due to cold and tonsillitis pain is there also coughing is there will montek lc help in relieving the symptoms? Also how long will the ear remain closed

Whenever i travel by bike or when i sit in ac, or change in whaether my nose always block, i dont have any dns, or nasal polyps, neither i sneez nor water from my eyes, just blocked nose and unable to speak

I have intermittent pain behind my ear and armpit and side of my chest below the armpit on both sides . Imagine reports of thorax and head and neck ct scan attached .also mri of neck attached and shows normal. After that 1 week course of levoflaxine completed and symptoms goes but again started for last 10 days.
