Dear Doctors, I am experiencing recurrent sinus infections, primarily affecting my right nostril, along with a sore throat. At times, thick, yellow, and sticky mucus is discharged from my right nostril. I have attached my CT scan report for your review. I would greatly appreciate it if you could suggest possible treatment options. Currently, I am residing in the UAE, and the doctor I consulted prescribed a nasal spray and antibiotics. However, I had used the same medications about three months ago, but the issue is recurring every three months. Thank you for your time and guidance.
