Nose blockage. So might need ailment.

I am having regular nose blockage issues during winters generally every year since childhood due to which I have smooth breathing issues like Normal people and so have to Take pills or nasal spray to clear it. I have tried different medications but haven't found any success as they tend to be temporary solution. Also consulted both homeopathic & allopathic doctors some say it's due to chronic allergy & others have said it's a by birth problem so might need surgery to cure.
