Sneezing problem
You can describe the situation like this: My wife has been suffering from persistent sneezing for a long time. Last year in August, we consulted a doctor in our hometown who prescribed the following medications for six months: Crixtan 250 mg Fexofenadine 80 mg However, even after completing the course, the sneezing issue still persists. We also done the ct pns test and report was normal. Looking for advice🙏

Based on the above symptoms...your wife seems to be suffering from a condition called allergic rhinitis. There are a few more questions that I would want to know the answers to 1) Is the sneezing more severe after getting up in the morning 2) Is there any variation with the change in seasons. 3) Is the sneezing associated with nasal discharge/ runny nose. 4) Are there any pets in your home? Kindly visit an ENT specialist and get adequate investigations done to rule out allergic rhinitis
Next Steps
1) Get a Skin Prick Test done to rule out allergies. 2) Wear a mask on going out to avoid exposure to fumes and pollutants. 3) Change bedsheets and pillow covers once every week

Take Fexofenadine, use a steroid nasal spray as advised by an ENT, avoid allergens, and try saline rinses. Consider allergy testing if no improvement.

Hello, Based on your history it is more overlook-like an allergy symptoms to me . Ct pns in these conditions would obviously come normal. In case of Allergic rhinitis, you will require a nasal endoscopy for proper diagnosis. She will be required to start Steroidal Nasal sprays. If symptoms are severe then she might require oral steroids also.
Next Steps
Consult Nearby ENT for proper diagnosis and management.
Health Tips
avoid taking any random medicine for long. get proper health advice from the ENT doctor.
