Sneezing is a forcible evacuation of any irritant in your nose, coming from an internal allergy or something outside. The irritation maybe because of temperature changes, dust etc. don’t worry. Just rinse your nose with plain lukewarm water and later do steam once or twice daily.
Next Steps
No need to take medications right now.
Health Tips
Review with me again if no relief.
