Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi myself final year mbbs student and the symptoms I have are Waking up in middle of night, headache, right nostril block during night, tiredness after waking up My pns ct-DNS to right with bilateral inferior turbinate hypertrophy, and left middle turbinate concha bullosa, right maxillary sinus polyp  IgE is elevated Pls I need some clarification weather my symptoms r due to these findings or should I under go any other tests or Fess is required?? On flutucosone and montek lc as of now

I am continuously getting Ear Fungal infection.Despite taking all precautions of not keeping ears wet , not using cotton buds. Still get is there any solution. Will take paid consultation

Having trouble breathing at night and also experiencing a cold, along with swollen glands in my throat

My ear is wet it's been 1-2week . It's not heal. What should I do. There is no pain or nothing. No water inside. I don't know. My ear seems block. Whenever I put finger it's become wet. It's wax or what? Please suggest something. I am talking moxikind.

I have chronic ear and sinus problems for last several years, including swelling in mastoid and pain. No discharge from ear, but all other symptoms are of mastoiditis and chronic otitis media. I was suggested Kali iod tituration 3x which I read is very useful medicine in sinus disease. But because I have been a hypothyroid patient for many years in the past (now tsh and free t4 is normal, and I am not on thyroid medication) , and this medicine is potassium iodide which was suggested in a scientific website to inhibit thyroid activity, I want to ask if I can take it. And if I can take it safely, what must be the dosage and duration of treatment. I also have vertebral hemangiomas in c4 and d2 with cervical spondylosis
