Non specific sialadenitis
Hi doctors i have mild  patroid and submandilur gland swelling from 6 months. had ultrasound and fnac it says chronic non specific sialadenitis. Ent not given any medication ..no pain but feels tender and sometimes sore throat comes .taken hiv tridot test also after 3,6 mnths to last sexual encounter it is negative. what should i do
