Suffering from tinnitus
I am suffering from tinnitus since 4 months. I hear nonstop high frequency sound in my ears ..sound level between 17000 to 18000 hz I am one medicine prescription of cap OTOCAP 1-0-0, cap TINNICAR 1-0-1 since 3 months . But no results. I can hear this high frequency buzzer when I am concentrating, when silence is there. Sometimes I hear suddenly 12000 to 15000 hz sound and it will goes immidiate after I rub the front and below part of ear for 10 cycles. I am on Bisoheart 2.5 mg 1-0-0 , Aztolet 10 , 0-0-1  My Sleep is good, physical activities are good , hearing also good. I can hear 350hz to 18400hz . Please suggest what to do . Only Bangalore doctors and only expert in tinnitus treating

Tinnitus can be debilitating for many patients. You can try tinnitus retraining therapy. Keep an optimistic approach toward the outcome. Try to add on some light background music that you like while sitting alone.
