Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have a history of dust allergy and underwent nasal septum surgery in 2016 due to a deviated septum on the right side, which had completely blocked airflow. After the surgery, I felt fine for several years. However, over the past year, my symptoms have gradually worsened. For the last 1-2 months, I have been experiencing recurrent cold and cough, along with frequent viral infections. While antibiotics provide temporary relief (typically for 10-15 days), my symptoms tend to return shortly after. Over the past week, I have also been experiencing: Persistent headache, especially on the right side and top of my head A sensation of pressure around my eyes and forehead Mild dizziness and discomfort After taking antibiotics, my symptoms have improved, though I still have a mild headache on the right side. I am concerned about whether this could be due to a bacterial or viral sinus or any.

Hi Mam/Sir Am suffering form right side throat pain, I can't swallow the saliva (Sometimes its feels normal sometimes it's hurting). My mouth also continuously dry, when I. If I use flash light to see my nose there is reddish and sometime blood coming through cough i don't have any pain sensation but I can see red in deep of my nose if I use flashlight

USG OF NECK : Both lobes of thyroid gland are normal in size & echo. No focal lesion is noted Isthmus is normal in thickness Bilateral submandibular gland are normal Bilateral parotid glands are normal An enlarged lymph node measuring approx. 3cm x 2cm x 1.5cm is noted in right level II. Necrosis is noted in the node. Impression: features suggest: Necrotic lymphadenopathy in right level II This is the usg neck report In blood test report esr shows elevated as 65 Hemoglobin is 11.2 rest all the blood report shows normal except neutrophil shows 73... FNAC is to be done today.. Please tell me is this malignancy or TB or any other infection???
