Use of Otrivin nose drops etc for a prolonged period of time can desensitize your nasal mucosa(skin) from inside and cause more harm than good.

Do not use nasal drops for more than 7 days. Nasal block could be related to sinus issue, DNS, polyp Covid test not required. consult physically with ENT surgeon.

What drops are you using? Prolonged use of otrivin  nasal drops will do more harm than good. There can be many reasons for nose block. A deviated septum, allergy or chronic rhinosinusitis.
