Having this issue about 2 years i thought it would be cure itself but it didn't work feel very ashamed to talk to someone having problems while attending classes in school couldn't even ask any questions due to my problem in throat
Voice has been like Girlish voice when trying to speak it gets worst even more.

Consult ENT doctor. Voice change can be physiological in adolescence. Have to evaluate fully. Then probably you will improve with speech therapy.
