Pathological Sleeping Disorder.
I am getting a loud snoring while sleeping. Recently I have consulted a doctor and he has suggested to undergo a sleep study. Now I have completed the sleep study. The result suggests that I have an AHI of  11.3 and RI of 15.3. Kindly share the treatment method for this disorder and expected treatment period to cure this issue. Thanks

It is multiple level treatment. If you have airway obstruction due to tonsil, a deviated septum etc, you will have improvement with surgery. There are medications and options like CPAP. Comprehensive evaluation required.
