ETD and nose pain
I am suffering from Eustanchian tube dysfunction from last one year , no problem in hearing, no wax in ear , when lye down ear hurts, have consulted 4-5 ENT , all have been prescribed antibiotics and anti histamine, spray ,have done course a lot of time ,
In summer season, automatically, ear and nose pain severity reduced to mild , but as monsoon starts I am feeling pain in both ear
I am using fulticason ox spray at night, it gives me relief but trigger headach
Impedance audiometry normal
Puretone audiometry normal

Ct showing septal spur, sinusitis with history of et dysfunction get endoscopy done. You will probably require nasal surgery.

If you have ear pain just while lying down it can be other causes also. It can be due to jaw Joint problems, neck problems etc. It is known as referred otalgia. As pta and impedance are normal and scan shown minimal sinusitis, it need not cause pain that doesn't respond to treatment. Get fully evaluated.

There is deviated nasal septum and Sinusitis. you might require surgery for tube block.
