Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hello 3 weeks ago I had fever for 3-4 days, after taking medicines from a local physician fever has not come, he had given antibiotics,i had done fever profile blood test all tests were negative, but now from last 10 days Having dry cough without any other system mostly during morning and evening, no breathing problem or any chest pain only dry cough.

5-6 days ago I got infected with flu-high fever ,fatigueness, followed by left ear clogged since then I can't hear like usual to the full efficiency ,if I'm doing that exercise like preferred by most of you of blowing air out of the nose by closing mouth and nose ,then I hear a sound in the same ear ,feel a little annoyed and a 2-3 times pain in the same ear after that , what is it? Any medication recommendations?

My sister is 35 years old and deaf since birth with profound hearing loss . can we go for cochlear implant at this age

Since march 10 i am having this tonsil issue. On and off. Attached full details in the image to avoid word linit. I did CBC and CRP today: Cbc showed: DLC of Lymphocytes to be 43.1 while normal range is below 40. Esionophils: 9.1 Neutrophils normal and rest params normal. CRP: 0.34 After the last cefpodem xp course(8 days) i am considerably better and have minor irritation now, like mostly after having meals. But no more whit spots so far. But tonsils do feel a bit inflamed sometimes. So. What is this? Is this EBV? But antibiotics resolving the symptoms contradicts it and looks like bacterial. So, what is my next course of action, also for nasal polyps i am using fluticasone spray twice a day for a month as mentioned by ENT. Not sure what is this and why is this happening. I was scared about hiv too, but my encounter wasn't a highly risky one and with a mutual friend. Please help me out, i am scared. Or is it klebsiella and cryptic tonsils?

Is it possible a arthropod (millipede) or something enter to the ear and move to our brain survive and lay eggs

For quite some time, my right ear itches randomly, and when I itch it, and lay down on my left side, it suddenly feels like the insides of my right ear are filled with fluid and my ear gets blocked, and it starts itching even more. After some more itching, white semi fluid comes out.

I have a chronic red scratchy throat from past 1 year.Initially went to ent surgeon and he treated me for allergies felt better and 60% of the symptoms were gone.1 week back I went to the same ent complaining about the red throat.He checked thoroughly and said I don't have any clinical symptoms and throat is not alarming to him.On insisting he asked me go for a ct of nose as I have DNS and my nose is always blocked..He asked me if i am going through stress in my life.I am Clueless and not sure what to do next.Should I ignore my throat symptoms or consult some other doctor.

Hello doctors, I’m an 19-year-old female classical vocalist. A month ago, after stopping Dydrogest early (Day 19), I experienced hormonal disturbance, delayed periods, mood swings, and sudden voice hoarseness. Took a Gateway softgel and a Vit D supplement; periods started next day. I oversang for my music exam(5hr/day) for 5 days. Sang with a croaky voice, couldn’t reach high notes. ENT prescribed Flamheal Forte( 3 pills within 24 hrs due to exam urgency)— helped ~40%. 2 days later, burning throat started (after spicy food). had complete voice rest for a week. On light singing, burning returns briefly. No pain, only occasional burning while singing/speaking/swallowing. My voice is now clear & normal. Recently prescribed Ulgel-A.  hoarse voice lasted 1 week. burning throat-11days and going on. Queries: 1. How long will this last? 2. Is it vocal cord damage or reflux irritation? 3. Is it permanent? 4. When can I sing again? 5. Is laryngoscopy needed?                      Thank you.

I've developed a painless pimple on lower lip 2-3 days ago with 2 mouth ulcers in gums and tongue. What is it? The pimple was hurting 2-3 days ago but now it's not hurting. It's soft in texture. I'm also feeling acidity and burning sensation while pooping. I accidentally bit it little and now its turned little red in colour. What should i do?
