I m suffering from yeast oral thrush last 6 month and my tongue are also white and there on white patches on it and some tinitus noise surround in my ear what was the problem and I m suffering from vitamin b12 my vitamin b12 is around 200 plzz help mam/sir.

I am not able to breathe properly mostly while sleeping. Hence I breathe through mouth and after some time my throat get clotted resulting break in sleep and not able to breathe well. Consylted the doctor they took mr MRI test and one docyor said that there is some infection in my air pipe, gave me some medicines which I don't remind the names but nothing happened. Need your help
