Dark Greyish Spots on inner cheeks
Hello, I recently noticed dark greyish multiple spots(Not Bumpy, just flat) on both inner sides of the cheeks and on gums as well.No pain at all.  But feel very little dryness/roughness in those areas. Any idea what this can be. Which department should I consult...a dentist or ENT specialist? Thank a lot in Advance!
