Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I had a surgery 12 days ago for a cyst which turned out to be an epidermal inclusion cyst in biopsy. The cyst was removed successfully according to the doctor. Now I can see a hard swelling in the same place where cyst was. Is this normal?

Hello doctors, my problem is.. 1. Whenever i wake up and wash my face with water ,i get sneezes like 10 times continuously 2. Whenever i rub or touch my nose i get like 10 sneezes  continuously 🤧🤧 .. 3. Whenever i sitting on chair,and if i get  up from chair i get like 10 sneezes continuously 🤧🤧 ... ... What problem is this, what to do, and only sneezing there is no mucus, runny nose or any pain or swelling or any other things 🤧
