I have mucus and headache on right side

Hi m having this problem from 7/8 months mucus not coming out i took an xray back then and it showed sinus but m still having this issue right eye tingling right side headache and mucus which doesn't come out i am attaching my PNS xray if u can please help

first start furamist AZ nasal spray 2 puffs two times a day. if not resolved get done CT scan of nose and para nasal sinus.
