Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I get a buzzing sound in my left ear only when exposed to loudspeakers, like in the mosque or at events. It doesn’t happen with earbuds or in normal situations. It stops when I close the ear. No pain or hearing loss. I use earbuds often and wonder if it’s due to earwax or sound sensitivity.

I am a frequent Post Nasal discharge from Nose to throat with sometimes blood in mucus.Nose is also getting blocked difficult to breathe could anyone help me ?

Note is made of pansinusitis and rightward DNS. IMPRESSION: MRI study of brain does not reveal any significant abnormality in the brain parenchyma. MRI PNS PROTOCOLS : Coronal STIR, T1 & T2 pulse sequences. Axial T2W pulse sequence. Sagittal T1W & T2W pulse sequences. FINDINGS: Mucosal thickening seen in maxillary, sphenoid and ethmoid sinuses. Rightward DNS seen. Bilateral inferior turbinate hypertrophy seen. Ethmoidal bullae and Agger nasi cells are normal. Frontal sinuses are normal. Maxillary ostia, infundibulae and middle meati are patent. Crista galli is in midline. Fovea ethmoidalis is normally placed. Bony sinus walls do not reveal any sclerosis or reactive changes. IMPRESSION: Study reveals : -- Mucosal thickening in maxillary, sphenoid and ethmoid sinuses. -- Rightward DNS. -- Bilateral inferior turbinate hypertrophy.

Left Ear Pain and Tinnitus for 3 Years – Worsened with Acid Reflux Medication? Hello Doctors, I’ve been experiencing tinnitus (buzzing sound) and left ear pain for the past three years. I’ve tried several medications over time, but the symptoms have not improved. Recently, I started taking Vazoprazan for acid reflux, and I noticed that the ear pain and tinnitus have increased since then. While searching online, I found that Vitamin B12 deficiency might worsen tinnitus. My question is: Should I try Vitamin B12 supplements as OTC (over-the-counter)? Is it safe to take without prescription? Could Vazoprazan be linked to increased ear symptoms? Kindly advise. Thank you.

I have pain in right tonsil but its not swollen and also below that tonsil I can find a swollen something, I am not sure whether it is a lymph node or something else, also it has pain in it, now whether that's a normal anatomy or part of the tonsil or lymph node or lump like thing idk, I'm attaching the picture pls tell me if any lymph node is located there or not. I'm scared. Like its otherwise not visible and not always palpable but when felt deep and rubbed frequently I can find something moving.

Hello doctor, I have been experiencing recurring ear problems for the past 1.5 years. The symptoms usually improve after treatment, but they keep coming back after a few weeks or months. I suffer from recurrent acute otitis media, which causes severe ear pain and high fever during episodes. Every time I take antibiotics or prescribed medicines, it heals for a while, but the infection returns again. Along with this, I have chronic Eustachian tube dysfunction (ETD), which leads to constant pressure and fullness in both ears. My ears feel blocked most of the time, and there is frequent popping and discomfort. I also have severe tinnitus, especially at night — the ringing gets very loud when I lie down and affects my sleep and focus. Fever from 2 days with cold throat pain headaches and chills After taking dolo fever comes back in few hours again with 101 degree

I am experiencing Heaviness in my left ear, I showed ent . Ent removed wax and has given ciplox D ear drop , Nuflucon ear drops, Azee 500 mg , Montec lc . I had slight cold. Still after wax removal there is 30-40% heaviness. In case any more medicines needed i am ready for paid consultation Thanks
