Hi my doctor diagnosed that there is some tissue growth inside my nose, they advised for surgery, is there any option or medicine treatment available to relief without any surgery. Attached my prescription for more details. Thanks

Hi. Based on your prescription, you might be suffering from Septal hemangioma. In order to confirm the diagnosis and to get it cured at the same go, it is best to get it operated and removed. Only then, a biopsy can tell you definitely what you are suffering from.
