Some hard/soft growth at lining of nose
I am facing a lot of difficulty through right nostril which overall affecting my upper respiratory system, i can't take deep breaths My right nose at ethmoidal area has a very hard growth at lining of nose just below right eyebrow it's affecting my overall body as i can't take deep breathe and feel good and my brain function is also getting decline , i can't use my brain like other people of my age group. Moreover my right neck area my right jaw feels like muscles are blocked , when i tilt my head to right or move my head while lying or do some exercises like touching feet then airway suddenly obstructs and i start feeling dizzy and sleepy (specially in my right eye) But the most important thing is that the endoscopy is not able to detect that Why is it so , is it because my nasal polyps or sinusitis is located at sideways which can't show by an endoscope

Most probably you are suffering from Sinusitis. You need to CT scan PNS to access your problem.

You will have to get yourself examined. Only after doing the endoscopy will that doctor be able to know if there is any pathology in the nose or sinuses
