Nose inner lining - painful and bleeding
The inner part of my nose has been feeling dry and painful from around a month. Upon carefully looking at it, it appears like a sore, is painful with redness and dry skin. It is majorly on the left side of my nose

Hi good morning, Such kind of symptoms are qiet common in hot and dry weather. It particular shows up more in patients who have of deviation of nasal septum. Try doing steam inhalation twice daily and put few drops of desi ghee in nose to keep it moist. If the symptoms still persists please consult online. Thanks.

This may be simple allergy which leads to mucous production and then dryness and sometimes bleeding because of continuous rubbing of your nose
