Tongue inside growth
Dear Doctor,
I have a bubble-like growth on the upper side, inside my tongue. Can you please tell me what it is and suggest possible treatment? Please take a look at the attached pic. If these are taste buds then why they are bulging.

Hello,
It's a normal Outward projection of the Circumvallate papilla over the tongue.
90% of the human population has the same thing but some of them may have more prominent. Papilla while some of them may not.
No need to worry about this.
Just stop visualising this structure over your tongue again and again in the mirror and just remove the thought of these things from your mind.
