Small bubbles on the back of the thraot what is the cause for it.but there is no pain anything.just small bubbles

You seem to be looking at granulations over the pharynx or you may be looking at lingual tonsils which are present in the back of your tongue. If asymptomatic no treatment is required for both of this condition
