Intense ear pain after blowing my nose since it was runny. Closing nostrils technique I think made it worse. What can I do for instant relief ?

I have swollen preauricular and postauricular lymph node on ear and Just behind ear with swollen external ear canal and right side of tonsil is bigger than left side from last 2 years and the swelling has come around 5-6 days ago lymph nodes are not visible by eyes but can be fell there is no major swelling very low swelling is it normal or something serious.
