CT SCAN done for sinuses
I have been suffering from head ache,light nausea ,vision problem from 3 months.consulted ENT. 2 months back done one CT scan then only I knew that I have sinusitis.After having medicines for 2 weeks including antibiotics I was all right. Now again I am getting head aches[front and back] nausea,and notice vision difference. today done CT again.please check my reports do I need surgery or medicines are enough.please suggest...

From ur complains and CT reports its evident that u r suffering from pan sinusitis, please upload CT films.
Visit an ENT near u along with ur CT films u may need a FESS[Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery] which a minimal invasive endoscopic surgery done to open up ur sinus drainage pathway and to remove any infection/mucosal thickening/secretions/fungal concretions if any from ur sinuses.

If recurrent need surgery to open sinuses inside your nose and allow them to drain. It is an endoscopic procedure with no external cuts.

Hello I'm Dr Nikita Iyer. You are suffering from pansinusitis which means all your sinuses (ethmoid, maxillary, frontal and sphenoid) are affected. Medical management can only make you feel symptomatically better for a while but what you need is proper drainage of the sinuses. Sinusitis can cause complications and vision blurring is one of them thus you need to visit an ENT surgeon.
Next Steps
Visit an ENT doctor with the films of your CT scan as well as report who would be able to plan you for a sinus surgery with prior medical management. Nasal douching and sprays might be needed even post surgery.

Yes as per report u required surgery
Do better upload ct scan picture dat is more reliable
And do check up to ent doctor
So dat he do better correlation with ct films and clinical features
