Besides pure tone audiometry, did a CT of Brain due to dizziness,ringing in ears, ear clogging, nose block and blurred vision
Observations are:
NO INTRA CRANIAL ABNORMALITY
POLYPOIDAL SOFT TISSUE LESION IN LEFT MAXILLARY ANTRUM, WIDENING THE INFUNDIBULUM AND EXTENDING IN TO THE LEFT MIDDLE MEATUS-POSSIBLE ANTRO NASAL POLYP
POLYPOIDAL MUCOSAL THICKENING NOTED IN BILATERAL MAXILLARY AND SPHENOID SINUSES. MUCOSAL THICKENING ALSO NOTED IN THE BILATERAL ETHMOIDAL AND FRONTAL RECESS- POSSIBLY CHRONIC SINUSITIS.
Currently having nasal discharge.
