Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

During laryngoscopy my tongue frenulum teared due to excessive tongue stretching..actually i was not properly performing scopy due to nausea so they were trying for almost 40-50 minutes to take proper laryngoscopy video of 1 min so much tongue stretching teared my tongue frenulum very badly so when it will heal how much time will it take? is it serious or normal? bcz last tkme i hade laryngoscopy took 1 min so there is less stretching and it healed within 1-2 weeks but this time its so deep? its not clearly seeing in image i posted bcz side view is not there in photo so plz tell me

My daughter had wet cough and running nose and when we took her to doctor they told to start with Asthalin and cough syrup and nasal Drop . It's been 1 full day of following the same but Seems like her cough is still there and feel she is coughing and getting the phlegm out but can't bring it out as she is not sure how to spit . Should I take her for follow up or wait. ?

My son has been coughing for more than 4 months we showed many pediatricians but the medicines are not suitable, and we showed him to the pulmonologist and they prescribed some inhalers  and nasal spray we used for some time the cough was reduced ,for few days but now due to bad weather the cough was increased and we admitted him hospital,they gave nebulization and nasal drop and nasal spray, after  few days of discharge the cold came back now currently he his having cold ,cough and fever and ear pain , we showed him to pediatrician they have paracetamol syrup and cold syrup but it is not reducing , continuously having the running nose and getting dru cough due to this cold , we don't know , what to do please suggest.

Some times eyes get itching feeling at end of the eye lid , please suggest oral medication to control eye lid or eye ball itching
