Hello. Based on the CT report, you may be suffering from Rhino sinusitis of the right maxillary sinus with a deviated nasal septum and spur to the right and an extra air pocket inside your nose on the right side (concha lamella). The cardinal symptoms of Rhinosinusitis are are nasal obstruction and nasal discharge. It could either be acute ( of lesser duration) or chronic ( more than 3 months duration). Surgery is indicated only in a chronic case not responding to medications. But the other things in the scan like deviated septum and concha lamella are purely structural issues that can be corrected only through surgery. Again your symptoms matter. Opt for surgery if you have prolonged nasal obstruction. If not, no surgery needed.
Next Steps
Saline nasal douching if Nasal obstruction/ nasal discharge is present.
Health Tips
Avoid cold environment/ cold foods.
