Otosclerosis is a Conductive hearing loss problem which is mostly reversible with surgery with experienced ENT surgeon. If it is long standing problem...there might be nerve weakness also.In that case the treatment will change.... So consult ENT specialist with your hearing test report to get proper guidance

For surgery decision air- bone conduction gap matters, so with your audiogram pattern you have two choices, to undergo stapes surgery or to get a hearing aid. Please discuss pros and cons throughly with your ENT surgeon, as best option for you is always a combined decision.
