Hi Otosclerosis is a condition which can be corrected only by surgery.Because in this condition, there is fixity of the small bones inside the ear which helps in the hearing mechanism.so medications are unlikely to help. Some people get vertigo ,which can be treated with medicines.
Next Steps
please do a hearing test as early as possible.  and consult an ENT
