Diagnosed with moderate hearing loss
I am 28 years old male diagnose switch otosclerosis and moderate hearing loss and it has worsened over 4 years from 30-50 db I want guidance on what to do as I understand there are 2 options hearing aids or stapedotomy/stapedectomy considering I am young what is the best plan of action my family people have the same situation but they got diagnosed at an older age(40-50)  and have been using hearing aids for a long time now. with surgery my concern is due to my young age I will have multiple surgeries and each with higher risk of dead ear I have high frequency tinnitus as well
