Molar tooth removal & nasal congestion
Hello Doctors please help, I had right-side upper and lower wisdom tooth extraction 6 days ago. Since then I have one-sided facial and ear pain, nasal sensitivity to cold air, and congestion. From yesterday, yellow mucus is draining from the right nostril into my mouth with a bad/old taste. Mild chills, no fever. I’m breastfeeding. Completed 5 days Tolpa-D, taking Dolo 650 as needed, Montek-LC at night, saline spray. Was on Novamox post extraction. Please advise if this needs treatment or antibiotic change. Traveling is difficult due to newborn. Thank you please please help, my newborn is just 1 month old. Already tired with post delivery pain, now this pain.
