Nasal congestion
I am 20 weeks pregnant. I have nasal congestion. Whenever i lie down my nose gets blocked. I cant sleep. Does meta nasal spray is safe during pregnancy? Can i use it

Best is to do Steam inhalation for 10 mins before you go to bed.
