Hello... Hope u r doing well Is your 5 days medications course completed, if not plz keep patience let the medications do the work , keep ur ears dry and do not attempt to clean ear by yourself.
Next Steps
if u have completed the medication course and still there's no relieve plz re consult to an ENT specialist,  u may be suffering from otomycosis or there might have been a perforation in your ear drum, an oto-edsocopy would be of help and SOS culture sensitivity.
Health Tips
keep ears dry. do not let the water enter your ear. do not self clean or say some family member/friend to do the same.
