My TSH level is currently 4.8 and there has been no change for the last 6 months. I am taking Thyronorm 25 mcg. Can I increase the dose? I also have eczema, which is not under control. Is this related to my thyroid condition, and can increasing the dose help?

1.Increasing thyroid replacement is not only based on TSH levels. We also need to look at other signs of hypothyroidism like severe dry skin, tiredness, weight gain, hairloss etc. Also we need to check on the FT4 levels. If that is normal you may not need to increase your replacement.
2. With respect to hypothyroidism and eczema it could be a common autoimmune condition that is triggering both the conditions.

Health Tips
Take an anti-inflammatory diet. Most commonly gluten, dairy products trigger inflammation (not for everyone - can avoid and see). Avoid stress and adequate sleep

Eczema can occur with thyroid condition but very very rarely and also not at this reference range this looks like coincidental
You can use calamine gel thrice daily and get a Dermat opinion
You should continue same dose.
For eczema you need to consult dermatologist. Your thyroid level is under control so it should not be related to thyroid
