Reoccurring problem in my throat .
Since June 2025, I have been experiencing recurring symptoms. I feel a constant sensation of something dripping inside my throat, which feels like post-nasal drip. Along with this, I develop a runny nose, generalized weakness, dizziness, and occasionally fever. These symptoms recur almost every month. I have consulted multiple doctors and have taken antibiotic courses for a prolonged duration, but the problem has not been resolved permanently. I also completed a course of Montelukast + Levocetirizine, which provided only temporary relief. Despite treatment, the root cause has not yet been identified, and the symptoms keep returning. I am concerned about the frequent recurrence and would like further evaluation to determine the underlying cause and appropriate long-term management.

Your symptoms suggest a chronic nasal condition like allergy or sinus inflammation; repeated antibiotics may not give permanent relief. Proper evaluation with nasal endoscopy is advised to identify the cause and plan long-term control rather than temporary treatment.
Next Steps
CT PNS may required later stage

If you’ve been having runny nose with sneezing and post nasal drip that is temporarily relieved by Montek LC but keeps recurring then it probably looks like you are having “allergic rhinitis.” The generalised weakness with dizziness could be coincidental due to hypotension unless you get it everytime you’ve runny nose for which you need to be evaluated separately. For now you can use “Fluticasone furate” nasal spray 1puff twice a day You need to use this patiently as it will take time to work (1 to 3 months)
Next Steps
Visit an ENT specialist to confirm the diagnosis and get an AEC (blood test) done so the doctor can view the reports and advice you if you’ve to continue the spray or not.
Health Tips
Use face mask as much as possible Change your curtains and bed sheets regularly Avoid dust and pollution
