Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I regularly clean my baby ear with a ear buds after bath. I don't insert d buds too inside though. Last time when I cleaned my baby ear I saw little bit of blood in d ear buds. Only on her left ear... Whenever I clean her ears she rubs d ear after I clean it... Wat could b d reason... I could find wax kind of dry substance inside her both ears... Is it wax or her ear parts like membrane. I'm greatly concerned plz help...

Exhaling from right nostril is difficult. Inhaling is difficult only when it is blocked due to cold. During night, breathing becomes difficult when the nose gets totally blocked. Will get relieved, when sprayed with Nasivion. Doctor says surgery has to be done... They used the term Septoplasty. There is a bend in bone inside nose. Is surgery required?

I had ear pain few days ago, I used ear drops, but it was not ear drops I was using by mistake my friend bought eye drops (moxifloxacin drops cipla) tat night I got omitting ad it gone through my mouth.... Next day it was like red on side part of my toungh then now redness gone...I can't feel much taste, I feel only light taste.. Can anyone suggest fr this pls.
