Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

For the past few months I am experiencing cough and cold that won't go. It is not severe but it is not completely gone either. Also, sometimes I see a little blood in the cough especially in the morning while brushing and tongue cleaning. The gag reflex while tongue cleaning causes the cough to come out and that sometimes contains very tiny amount of blood. I do smoke regularly.

I am facing an issue for almost 2 months now wherein i can breathe from only one Nostril at given moment.. at times Left and at times Right side gets blocked due to which i am facing issues in breathing and at times for some seconds both gets blocked increasing the problem.
