  4. Lump inside chin. Alcohol last day.

Lump inside chin
I have got an uncomfortable lump inside my chin towards the left side. (Submandibular triangle) Started noticing yesterday. I had quit smoking but started again yday. Also trying out a meal replacement protien-nutrient shake for breakfast and often dinner. (For weight loss). The lump can't be seen directly. But how hurts if I press it. Also got a slight discomfort in the ear. (Left ear itself). Also had excess alcohol last day.

It seems that you have an inflammatory lesion arising from either salivary gland or from lymph node. You should see an experienced ENT surgeon
