Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Facing throat difficulties since d past 1 week i consult a doctor he gave me d mentioned meds. But still i m facing d same problem to swallow food means its difficult to swallow d food from my mouth to d throat. I feel a liitle light pain in my throat n some itching in there. Plz help. Thank you. Here's d prescription.

For 2 or 3 days , i am feeling pain behind my right Ear and feels like my bone is swelling. Also,i am facing some red marks on my body(not sure due to sun heat) but feeling burning sensation. Please advice whats the treatment.

Hello... i am 26 yrs old... everytime i got insufficient breathing problem ( similar to asthama) after consuming alcohol... evn I smoke too... I snore during sleep.. I have tried recording it several times and I've observed that the snoring sound comes from the nose and not from the mouth. Mouth remains closed during sleep and as sufficient air is not coming in the nose, may be, resulting in nose applying excess pressure while inhaling.. which results in very loud noise. When I was born and till the age of 10 years I used to breathe using mouth only as nose was more or less blocked due to pneumonia history during birth.. Now I breathe using nose only but the breaths are relatively loud and heavy even during day time..
