Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi, I am based out of Pune.I have been suffering from Tubercular Lymphadenopathy & have been under the treatment for the same since past 9 months. Though I could still feel the swollen nodes in the left side of neck. I am concerned as after taking the treatment as well the size of the nodes hasn't decreased. I would like to take opinion of the experienced specialist doctor in this area. Kindly suggest a good doctor in pune.

Ear is paining with normal audible sounds and there is no wax problem.Sometimes it may lead to headache after continuous listening.I am suffering this from 2 months.

Hi, my son keeps getting ear infection frequently. He has started going to daycare/school for the last 9 months. He just underwent antibiotics(augmentin) for 10 days. But after two weeks he got cold and started complaining of ear pain. I'm worried if this will become acute. His eating habits are average. Could this be due to pollution or climate in Bangalore? Please suggest. Thanks

I have been experiencing irritation in throat for last two years. It never resolved completely and I have had three attacks of severe throat infection in last 2 years and I had to get admitted in the hospital last time(2 months back). I have seen multiple ent specialist who diagnosed it as LPR and prescribed various PPI, however I never got relief. I am wmorried about it being or turning into throat cancer. I am a non smoker and non drinker. Also I have lost 4 kgs of weight over last 6 months. Any suggestions about what next steps I should take ?

I've recently got my ears blocked when I descended from a hill station by bus. It's been 2 days since and I haven't been able to get them unblocked. I had cold when I descended and I guess that it's one of the reasons. I'm thinking of visiting the doctor, but wanted to check if there's a home remedy that can cure this. Any advice?

My brother (age 25 - unemployed ) is having a problem that he is coughing continuously from evening 6pm to 9pm. But in morning he is behaving normal. Not even have a single cough he had. We can't rectify it. Please tell us what to do ? Is this a major issue ? Kindly guide us.
