Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

One of my nostrils is always blocked. Its not normal breathing cycle of changing nostrils. Its only one blocked side always. It's always significantly harder to breath from that side. Should i be concerned? It's like this from last 3 4 years probably.

1. Sir am a student .i travel most of day time so i use often use headphones but after i remove headphone i feel like to vomit or headache and sometime my stomach grinds. 2.In my right ear i got 2 white pimple like structures am not able to get what are they and it is not present in left one

Sir iam suffering from sinous and dns problem since 4years I am soo week and I did nt concentrate on study s and any work my left nose is continues blocking daily and after sinous surgery my left nose blocks and swelling is appears on left side nose and mucus is accumlating bad smell is coming from my nose daily what can I do doctor give suggestion I am suffering much problem

For past 2 months, I have abnormal sound in my left ear when I swallow/yawn. I am also feeling tightness in muscles around jaw and throat. My throat get vocal strain if I speak or sing even for short duration. Left side of the forehead pain sometimes. Current Diagnosis after Sinus CT Scan: Attached CT Scan (NCCT of the PNS) and diagnoses of 2 senior doctors. 1st ENT Dr. – This can be cured only with surgery. Furamist Nasal Spray can give little relief but will not cure. No medication can cure this. 2nd ENT Dr. – There is no need of surgery as I can hear properly, there is no nose blockage, I don’t snore, and there is no breathing problem. He gave 7 days medication and advised specific deep breathing exercise (anulom-vilom pranayama) and Nosowash(like jal-neti). Impedance & Hearing Tests- OK Can some see my attached CT Scan Report and advise if I really need to get surgery done? How risky is surgery? And will the problem increase if I don’t get surgery done?

I have problem of running nose and sneezing from two months it's too much and doctor gave me medicine but no effect on me until I am taking medicine I am little bit ok but after that I am in trouble too much running nose and sneezing after that sometimes fever help me

Right now I'm under medication for both wheezing and ulcers. Which is the reason for this long period sore throat. Any food to avoid , what food to intake more. Pls advise.

Dr. for fast 12 days i am suffering form improper body balance, because of this problem i am not going to work, when i step out or move my body feel something (head weight or light or some time spinning) ,i cant even walk proberly and steady, i consult a ENT Dr last he given me some medicine also, after taking medicine(5 dyas) i still having the same problem ! is this problem cant be cure in one or two days ? how lang its lost? (feeling spinning and head wight while moving my body from laying position to standing position & sitting position to standing possition & moving my head back) plese reply my question Dr. Because of this problem even my job also in risk! is that ENT problem or any thing other problem?

Severe dryness in nose & throat and prob in taking breath. No cough. BP-86/160 Pulse-72 Digestion problem

I am having cough problem for 2 weeks now. I feel fine in the morning with no cough at all but as day passes it increases and by the evening I cannot speak without coughing. I don't feel any pain or uneasiness in my throat but some times I feel little uneasiness and pain in my chest if there is continuous coughing.

If I talk for more time I will feel uneasiness in the throat.I have already consulted ent doctor and done an ultrasound scan everything came normal.I have this problem in right side of my throat.some times my neck also pains.If I clear my throat and spat then I can see some coloured pigments in the cough.please sujjest
