Have pain in throat since 3 days, have developed bumps at the back of my tongue which make swallowing uncomfortable. From today morning there has been pain in the lower left back side of my tongue. What could be the cause and treatment

I have a small growth near tip of tongue and its not going away from long time. I have heart palpitations also .

Dear Doctor, My name is shushmuna I work in UK, I was diagnosed with chronic Atrophic Rhinitis, as it is not a common disease in UK, Doctors seem to very helpless. I have this from past 15 yrs. I have got a very painful acne suddenly appearing this morning in both my left nostril and left ear. It's very painful and the pain has only been increasing.. Initially it hurt only when I touched the acne.. But now it's significantly painful and hurting horribly.. What remedy can I take for the same?

Having cold sinus problem ,cant breath properly from nose ,i breath from mouth al the time, having leg pain if i walk for while .. I take steam and hot water with salt as fomentation but it still doesnt aid me. Please help.

It happens in every few days. Suddenly sneezing starts and will go on continuously for the whole day ..some say it's allergy but can't understand a proper reason for the condition. It's very painful.
