Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Due to ear piercing her ear grew large, there is no pain or puss .piercing was done 2 years ago.please help

I am suffering with nose blocking and cold. While sleeping breathing problem.left side looks blocked.I have consulted ent surgeon and done CTPNS test. Told as left side sinus and infection. Need to do surgery as soon as possible no medicin. Please advice me for sinus only surgery is solution. Can I go for second opinion. I have htn and using olmzest 20 daily. After surgery it will cure permenantly. Any complications due to surgery I have dependents. Please suggest.

Deep inside ear wax blocking the ear to hear properly, suffering pain as well. Do not want the doctor to use needle or suction process, is there any other method so that i shouldn't feel the pain.

My problem is that I am allergic to all type of smells.. just to a certain extent i am able to control that sense of the smell .. later when it exceeds its limit it ends with sneezing.. as soon as I start sneezing I get cold and an itching sensation in ma eyes.. ma eyes become totally red and it doesn't end till I get some sleep.. and I'm allergic to lies.. Whenever I clean ma head just after few minutes I start sneezing with a running nose and the same allergy problem.. this problem is there for years.. iv undergone alot of medication but this doesnt get solved.. it still continues.. the problem gets soo worse that I cannot even sleep in a room with an Air conditioner because I immediately get cold and end up with a running nose.. and I'm alot allergic to all type of cold products

Past two days I have been experiencing pain in the right eye which began all of a sudden. The moment I look up or when the light falls on the eye, it starts watering and I feel a little better when I close the right eye for a few seconds. I am a phone addict and my job demands me to stare the computer all the time. Could it just be because of that or any other issue?
