Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My name is Vasant Lal c shah I often come across problem of gidiness it was better last one and half month but the problem is again arise from last 2/3 days and not getting relief from medicine

I've recently got my ears blocked when I descended from a hill station by bus. It's been 2 days since and I haven't been able to get them unblocked. I had cold when I descended and I guess that it's one of the reasons. I'm thinking of visiting the doctor, but wanted to check if there's a home remedy that can cure this. Any advice?

My brother (age 25 - unemployed ) is having a problem that he is coughing continuously from evening 6pm to 9pm. But in morning he is behaving normal. Not even have a single cough he had. We can't rectify it. Please tell us what to do ? Is this a major issue ? Kindly guide us.

I'm having a sore throat since Friday. Yesterday I went to a medical store. The chemist asked me to take Zedex syrup and told me that it's very effective. I took 2 tablespoons of syrup. After 2 hours of taking it, I started having an earache in my right ear. It continuously increased and I couldn't sleep properly. Somehow, I slept with the pain. Now in the morning, I'm having the ache again. Though it is less now but it's still paining. Kindly help.

I have a history of sinus problem. For the past few days I am facing major cold issues. It's not leaving at all. One side of the nose is always blocked. I think it is resulting in heavy snoring. I am a trained singer. This condition is affecting my voice too. Please suggest.
