Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

From the past 3 months , my son has started snoring while sleeping.He is 2.5 years old.Nose seems to be blocked. This happens even when he is not suffering from cold. We consulted a pediatrician who said it might be due to some blocks in the nose.And it might be turbinates. No test was done though. Doctor has prescribed Furamist nasal spray and Montair LC Kid syrup for a month. My question is it safe for a 2.5 year old to use the above mentioned nasal spray.

For the past one month, i am facing cough issues which is not at all improving. Initially there was yellow cough, now only white is there but i am coughing a lot. I don't have fever. And its very irritating. Kindly tell what to do.

I have had cold symptoms for months. I take Claritin and Zertec, switching every few months. Recently I acquired a burning sore throat. My mother says my tonsils look inlarged. My mother and grandmother both have hypothyriod. I hurts to swallow, breathe deeply, yawn, cough, etc.... I just want to be done. I am going to be sick on my birthday. I dont sleep because of it. I had a bad cold 2 weeks back and fever which lasted only one day( I took crocin and anti-allergic). Since then I have pain in the right side of the body which includes ear , nose ,face, upper chest, back , shoulders & hands. Also my stomach is also not fine , foul stools and gastric issues.
