Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi I have somthing like ear scab problem since so long about a year ago.it wont hurt me much but when i itch or try to pluk it pain bit..please help me how to get rid of it and whom i need to consult...ENT or dermetologist ?

My ear develops pimples after a day if I watch movies for more than 1 hour in laptop or phone using an earphone. The pimple comes on the outer ear. Don't know whether it's a ENT issue or a skin issue .

On my 1st visit I have been given ebasil and allerone M for 7 days, 2nd visit Odimont Lc(15 days) & nasal spray for 30 days, on last visit allerone M for 30 days. I wanna know y I have been given Allerone M again after Odimont Lc. My allergy controlled to an extent where I am getting runny nose only after waking up in morning.

I'm felling pain in my throat and in the middle of it while touching there's a small gland (githi) that always make me feel pain whenever I stretch my head up. I can clearly hold that gland in between my two fingers. Please tell me what it could be if you get that what I'm telling and give some suggestion about the medication.

Pain in left forehead covered with eye, cold and tonsils . Pain is stable from past 4-5 days, looking for advise which can release my pain immediately. Stomach disorder.

I am not sure its due to cold or not because my nose is open there is not any blockage due to cold but 3-4 days back i was having cough problem so i have taken benadryl CR and now i dont have cough but may be cold from inside that why my nose feeling little dryness. Which medicine i need to take ??

I am suffering from fever from more than 15 days. The fever is mild and having too much headache from the last 2-3 days. I am having problem while breathing as the chest pains and my throat is paining a lot. It feels like choking sensation sometimes in the throat. Doctor recommended Widal test, LFT, MP, Dual antigen, Dengue test. All the test are negative and am quiet worried about my health. I had medicine for fever, after that doctor recommended me tablet Azibact SI 500, Chymosem forte, Pyrogesic. The condition was still the same after which doctor again recommended me Monotax O (200mg). Am on medication still I have severe headache and eye pain. Please suggest me what should be the next step. Am quiet worried.

Visited RML Hospital ,they done tests like FNAC and USG of affected area just in front of left ear and suggested superficial parotidectomy surgery.They are giving dates after 2 months. I want to know the risks involved in this surgery and effect on facial nerves as well as effect of waiting 2 months. Also, suggest some good hospitals for this surgery. i have selected Dr Jayant Jaiswal of BALAJI ACTION MEDICAL INSTITUTE, PASCHIM VIHAR AND Dr Ramalingam of B.L. KAPOOR HOSPITAL, Which one is better.

Hello, I am having a white colour bulging ulcer kind of thing in my mouth. It is situated down below and back side of my lips. It is neither paining neither it is surrounded by red circle. It is there from 2 weeks. Please suggest me what should I do
