Dignosed in 2012 tinnitus in right ear with loss of hearing later on in 2013 it was in both ears and dignosed as menerie disease. Presently suffering with frequent vertigo attacks

If you are diagnosed to have Meniere's disease then you have few options for treatment
1. If your symptoms are occasional and not very trouble some you may need to take treatment only during vertigo attacks.
2. If your symptoms are not resolved by routine medicines or if attacks are more frequent then you may need intra tympanic gentamycin
3. If all these measures fail you may need to undergo selective vestibular nerve section which is a minimally invasive neurosurgical procedure but still has got certain risks
None of these will preserve your hearing. So hearing aids are only option for hearing improvement
